I can't believe it’s November.
And although it would be way more fun to chat about pumpkin spice recipes and holiday plans, I’ve got something weighing on my mind.
You see, November is National Diabetes Awareness Month.
And I just can’t sit back quietly knowing that over 130 million adults in the United States are currently living with diabetes or prediabetes – and that doesn’t even include the numbers for insulin resistance.
Clearly, the mainstream approach to nutrition in our country is falling short.
