I’ve been in the health and fitness industry since 1986, but without the nutritional knowledge I have now, I was counting calories, not eating after certain times, tracking, etc. in order to maintain my ideal weight. When I learned the approach of eating PFC and balancing blood sugar, everything changed. And I’ve never looked back. At 54, I weigh the same as I did before I became pregnant with my first child, my son who is now 32. I no longer get sick several times throughout the year. And I can honestly say I am healthier and stronger in my 50s than I was in my 20s. It’s been a game changer for me and I have been living this lifestyle now for the last 13 years and loving it.
