Sure, I teach women how to eat, but that’s the easy part.  The harder stuff is teaching them how to show up for themselves in some way everyday.  As a behavior specialist and a busy mom of 2 girls, a wife of 24 years, the owner of 2 businesses, and the co-host of a daily nutrition show, would you believe that I sleep 8 hours a day, workout daily, walk my dogs everyday, read 2 books a month and earn 1-2 additional certifications a year?
