How do I register?
You can register online through the official event registration page. Once your registration is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email with important event details.

How does on-site check-in work?
On-site check-in will be available prior to the Welcome Reception on Friday, October 2 and the morning of Saturday, October 3.

- You’ll receive your event credentials and materials at check-in

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Ticket transfers may be permitted up to September 18, 2026. All transfer requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]Â and approved by the event team.
When does registration close?
Registration will remain open until the event reaches capacity or until the posted registration deadline—whichever comes first. We recommend registering early, as space is limited.
Can I upgrade my ticket after registering?

Do I need to pre-register for workouts?
In most cases, no pre-registration is required for morning workouts. However, space may be limited for certain sessions, and sign-ups may be offered onsite or in advance for specific experiences.

Are attendees under 18 allowed?
Attendees under 18 are permitted only if a parent or legal guardian is present at all times during the event.

Are the morning workouts required?
No. Morning workouts are completely optional.
They are designed to be energizing, inclusive, and accessible for a wide range of fitness levels. You are welcome to participate in all, some, or none of the workouts.
What kind of workouts will be offered?
Workouts may include a mix of:

- Mobility and recovery sessions
- Low-impact movement
- Guided warm-ups and cool-downs
All sessions are led by experienced coaches and can be modified to meet individual needs.
What should I bring for workouts?
We recommend bringing:
- Athletic clothing
- Supportive sneakers
- A reusable water bottle
- A yoga mat (if you prefer your own)
- A light layer (indoor spaces may be cool)
Will food be provided?
Some meals, snacks, or beverages will be provided depending on your ticket type. Full details will be shared with registered attendees. Nashville offers many nearby dining options as well.

Hotel accommodations are not included with your ticket.
