My Story:

I knew I needed something different and was convinced it was something with hormone imbalance…no clue how or what to do to change it. I went in wanting to lose the weight to be healthier. I had no idea how much power my brain had in all of this. I had negative self-worth, fears of failure and success, a continuous loop of negative self-talk in my head, no energy, and enough rackets for every tennis player at Wimbledon. While I’ve had a huge physical transformation with this program, those changes are only a reflection of the unbelievable transformation on the inside. I now have self-worth that knows I am worth it, energy to consistently workout before morning time daily, speak up for myself and my thoughts and beliefs, make me a daily priority, love who I am and who I am becoming, and keep my word to myself daily. The me from January 2025 never imagined changes of this magnitude could happen in just over a year. I can’t wait to continue to keep growing and changing! 

Why I am passionate about helping others:

I am a very empathetic and caring person who loves to help others regularly. This program has truly transformed my life! I am such a different person than I was just over a year ago, and I want to help others learn to see their value and worth that’s hiding under fears, negative self-talk, and worrying about a number on a scale for happiness. 

My favorite mindset tip:

I write daily affirmations to myself and have daily phrases to remind myself and my brain how worthy I am.

My favorite nutrition tip:

Keep it simple; don’t overcomplicate meals…everything is a protein, fat, or carb.

My favorite sustainability tip:

Bookending my day with morning and evening times, journaling and reflecting daily in both, and staying connected.
