Enrollment Coach

Disruptive Nutrition is looking to add to our Enrollment Team. You will have the opportunity to connect with women in our community to see if any of our approach and program would be a good fit for them. You will be working as a coach to help them understand and admit that the path they are on is an urgent one to address and what's possible within our approach and support. To be successful in this position, you will need have a strong balance of nurturing while being able to help them address their fear and apprehensions about joining our family.

Department: Enrollment Team

Job Location: Remote

Employment Type: Contractor

Hours Required: 20 Hours

Availability: Flexible, options for 7 days a week of choice

Pay Structure: Commissions and Bonuses

 

Enrollment Coach Responsibilities:

  • Open for 15 calls a week minimum (90 minutes each)
  • Attend Weekly Sales Call Meetings (approximately 45 minutes)
  • Weekly check-in with Sales Director
  • Implement systems for documentation and tracking leads
  • Follow up with leads

Enrollment Coach Requirements:

  • Experience in talking to people, especially over the phone/zoom
  • Able to receive and implement feedback
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Comfortable with technology
  • Can follow directions and pick up on processes quickly
  • Organized and efficient
  • A never-give-up attitude
  • Highly Preferred (and will be required if not done): Successfully completed the DN Trifecta Transformation
