I have been dieting for most of my life, losing and gaining weight and feeling uncomfortable in my skin. I held so many negative thoughts about myself including how my body looked, how much I weighed, and how I was unlovable because of my size. Since finding DN, I am learning to fuel my body and not to deprive it. I am learning what foods serve my body and what foods serve my soul. I am learning to give myself grace and finding happiness in living this sustainable lifestyle.
