My Story:

After many years of yoyo dieting was introduced to Disruptive Nutrition by coach Michele P. As soon as I did the 4W2W I was hooked and balanced my hormones and HgA1C. I went from being pre diabetic to not! I love how living this lifestyle makes me feel, no cravings, no brain fog, more energy.

Why I am passionate about helping others:

I became a Disruptive Nutrition coach so I can share this lifestyle with as many people as possible. Everyone deserves to feel this good!
