When we evaluate our current habits, we start to note which ones serve us and which ones don’t.
When you start that process of self-awareness, you can learn to be more intentional with your time and start to turn new strategies into automatic habits. However, making long-term changes can be challenging, this is why it is so important to have the support of a community and accountability partners.
