Episode 167: Why DN?

Has anyone ever asked you what your WHY is? You know, that thing that drives you, gives you a purpose and doesn’t let anything get in the way of it (there’s no derailing from this you guys). Real transformation doesn’t occur until we can change our thinking and keep our why really strong. Because that little voice in our head will get to us each and every time otherwise, sound familiar? Oftentimes this requires digging really deep, asking yourself a lot of questions and going through a process of self reflection and self analysis. 


Well, Carrie has talked many times about the story of why she got healthy, but one of her coaches asked her recently about why she does the work she does every day to make an impact and create a movement through DN.
