Sometimes our emotions get a hold of us! How many of you have ever thought SCREW IT! I’m eating the (cake, cookies, ice cream, donuts, etc! And then you feel gross afterward?! You soon realize that you sabotaged yourself because you were on a healthy eating path. You tell yourself you have no willpower, and no control and ask yourself, WHYYYYYY?!




You’re not alone, and it’s not because you don’t have willpower or self-control. The real reason for this is because of your brain! There is a specific part of your brain that controls the choices you make, and influences things like getting angry (or hangry), impatient or really negative; all things you wouldn’t normally do!
